Terms & Conditions for Crazy Golf

1. Definitions

1.1 "The Company" refers to This Is How We Do Events LTD.

1.2 "The Hirer" refers to the person or organization hiring the crazy golf.

1.3 "Equipment" refers to all lawn games, crazy golf, parasols, and associated accessories hired under this agreement.

1.4 "Hire Period" refers to the duration agreed for hiring the Equipment.

 

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 A deposit of 25% of the entire rental price is required to secure the booking.

2.2 Full payment must be made at least 14 days before the event.

2.3 Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a refund of any monies paid excluding deposit. Cancellations within 14 days will forfeit the entire hire cost.

2.4 Payment should be made by bank transfer, details of which will be sent with the booking confirmation documents.

 

3. Delivery & Collection

3.1 The Company will deliver and collect the Equipment at the agreed times and location.

3.2 The Hirer must ensure a safe and accessible area for delivery, setup, and collection.

3.3 Late returns, or if the Company is unable to collect the Equipment due to fault of the venue or Hirer, may incur additional charges.

 

4. Use of Equipment

4.1 The Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose and on suitable surfaces (e.g. grass, flat ground).

4.2 The Hirer is responsible for supervising the use of the Equipment at all times.

4.3 The Equipment must not be moved from the designated area without prior consent.

 

5. Damage, Loss & Liability

5.1 The Hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the Equipment during the Hire Period.

5.2 Any lost or damaged items will be charged at their replacement cost.

5.3 The Company is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the use of the Equipment.

 

6. Weather Conditions

6.1 In the event of heavy rain or severe weather, the Hirer must provide a suitable indoor space for the Equipment to be used safely.

6.2 The Equipment must not be used in conditions that may cause damage or create safety risks, including but not limited to heavy rain, high winds, or waterlogged ground.

6.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse setup if the conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the Equipment.

6.4 If extreme weather prevents safe use, the Company may offer rescheduling where possible, but refunds are not guaranteed.

 

7. Insurance & Indemnity

7.1 The Hirer is responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance for their event.

7.2 The Hirer agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from any unauthorised or improper use of the Equipment.

 

By making a booking, the Hirer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
